TWO THINGS MINUS ONE

What is one thing you would change about yourself?

I was biting finger nails and the negative effect was rebellious against my parents….this took me 47 years to break the habit. I didn’t realised after biting my finger nails so badly this would leave me a baby fingers in the end….this took another 5 years to recoup and to find out what had happen in these years….overcoming this obstacle had required me to change a lot of habit leading me to two things….

Fast forward during those 5 years of recovery, the reason behind nail-biting was.

Two things:

When there is something new to learn and not willingly to learn the know how…That’s when I started nail biting myself, to overcome this obstacle I keep telling myself it’s okay to learn new things and through continual learning I will get it…now when I want to learn something new. I ever willing to learn this.

Minus ONE equals ONE THING

When I was a small child I didn’t like my nail to be clipped reason my mum couldn’t judged a small child finger nails so she used to cut the nail deep into the skin…..I hated the nail being clipped by her…that’s why I nail bite myself to avoid my nail to be clipped by a nail clipper….

Fast forward today, I am nail biting days are over, I changed the nail clipper to bigger nail clipper so I couldn’t have my nail clipped too deep into the skin….

Use this instead….to follow the curve

Instead of using nail clipper
