#330 What is your mission?

My mission is improve myself for the betterment and change myself everyday little by little….overcoming a simple obstacle like finger nail biting or slouching shoulder or tardiness..to me is the everyday struggle….I wonder did I do this to myself? And most important break through was I had feet swelling would always remain swollen for the past 20 years….and one day after listening to the bob proter born rich part 6….it let go off other people’s opinions they put on you…..guess what my feet swelling is gone forever…..I didn’t realised the pain and agony for listening to other people’s opinion had effected my feet swelling….those of the days I was always sick dumb and broke…

Now I feel so lit up my feet swelling is gone by just letting go off other people’s opinion on me…I am so blessed and happy I lifted and broke free from this terrible obstacle I had….

The slouching shoulder part I look for the answer and wondered why I always slouch my shoulder as I sat….then I looked at my role model my dear father…he is 84 he was the one whom sat slouching on the chair ….he was so conscious about he himself being tall later I found the hard way he was always bullied by his eldest sister….and blessed her was cremated ten years ago….she can’t do anything do him….

For me, I learned slouching shoulder caused me pain and I now always remember to sit up straight and continual exercises so I can continual have energy to do the things or service rendered I want to do….that too is another break through of this obstacle…

Nail biting is struggling to break this obstacle and left with three finger nail biting to break this obstacle.. .managed to break 7 finger biting for past one year….I still continue to study my interesting self 😅 and wonder what other obstacle to break tooo….
