How have you adapted to the changes brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic?
Coping on mental and physical stress caused by myself…..

Let go can breathe new life and live an unexpected by letting go of everything faced in the past.
Or
Keeping it the old past, bring on more sickness that caused backpain, leg swollen, eye pain, inflammatory unrest chest pains, migraine, mild heart attack, stroke and hatred of the past….leaving me always unrest and endless pain 😢 uncurable even with best doctors….
I chose letting go and every now and then get reminded from my mom….you lost the job because you’re too slow working….or is this how you did your job before and reflecting on what you are doing right now…..
I found a less stressful job no need to spend 17 hours toiling day in day out for this paycheck and got a 6 hour paycheck of the same amount….no stress at all..
Then, I also realised that I like writing down my thoughts without filtering at least I find an outlet of writing down something like by releasing my stress 😩 as maybe different people have different opinions of everything…mine is just this…
I also made a new routine too…and make adjustments to this new routine and this give me meaningful to look forward ahead….
I keep telling myself what I did a second ago or a minute ago is my past and there is not turning back….make the most moment right for doing something for me….
