Unplug

How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?

Handphones has never been so easy and this means more free times for ourselves….however the downsized of it I don’t know when to stopped.

I think 🤔 lack of discipline and with a handphone clicking away faster than ever make it wonder how to keep it all together.

Handphone has become a number two life and all the personal stuff right from shopping to doctor appointment is is all operating from one click of the thumb.

Then how do you unplug yourself or myself?

I think the solution is easy….as soon as I get up from the bed off the alarm 🚨 from the phone as there are two ways for doing this….spring out from bed and plan your day  or  snooze 💤💤😴 so more for a few more winks….if over snooze 💤💤💤, ouch 🤕 is late for everything…

The best way of unplugging the  switching off all the devices in my hands…off the internet….and do nothing for the next few hours and relax…
