What’s the oldest thing you own that you still use daily?
The oldest thing I own is a car and I used it everyday for 10 hours to help me earn money to take care of my wellbeing and provide pocket money with it. The maintenance of a car, if you take it to a so called workshop which keeps records of the car however when trusting my car in their hands makes wonder. Why didn’t I know more about my car by reading the car manual recommended by the manufacturer of the car. I think I shouldn’t listen to the workshop who kept the record of this car because shortchanged me in a lot of things….
Especially when I only know how to drive a car fuel ⛽ the car put air to the tyres or oil dip stick, fixing my own car tyres and check carburettor for water was all that I known on taking care of the car.
This has made me realise that owning my first car dear to me and taking care of maintaining a car is hard work and imagine keeping this for 14 years to realise the engine needs to change after the number of years which again I am still learning about…or suspension of the car due to heavy usage need to change….which I still don’t know after how many kilometres does each and every item of the car need to change? The fine reading note in the car manual doesn’t say anything about it….I cannot find anything on YouTube to check the specifications of the car….
When I bought this car, I was so excited….
