How do you practice self-care?

Mirror me mirror back has to do with a lot of self-care of the type of person I want to be. Once upon a time, I hated looking into the mirror because I hated taking care of myself and I hated what I have become.
Today is a different mirror for me I am looking at, I am happier mixed with the saddest and am glad I don’t have to work for other people’s opinions…or stories about them.
My self -care is getting up early as soon as my eyes are open, spring myself out of bed. Make my bed tightly and look at my sleeping face with a smile and ask myself what I am going to do today..then quickly do my exercise routine and take my breakfast drink my water and pray and look at myself in the mirror tell me “I look good in these clothing I am wearing today”.
I then meditate in a relaxation mode for 5 minutes, I feel my body tensed getting more relaxed rather than the usual tense up mode. As I breathe easily, I open my eyes and get up from my cross-legged posture and scoot off to work early. I also come back after four hours of work and chill for lunch or help my mom with the cooking so we can have family lunch together.
Before I leave to work for the 2nd half, I meditate again in ease and quiet without any disturbance to quieten my boggling mind down and relax myself again for another fifteen minutes. I also visualise how to finish the work faster and I can come home quickly to end the work day before the sunset set.
As I reviewed myself for the day in meditation, I find myself to be more relaxed than ever as I mirror my mirror back how I can do better than today for tomorrow.
