Things to change are don’t sleep with the phone as this causes radiation…Need to keep the phone out of the bed 🛏️ and in the long run no need to live with cancer radiation instead. These days I put the phone far away from me, before I fall asleep.

Secondly, don’t drink coffee ☕ as soon as you get ready to do breakfast 🥞, this drinking coffee ☕ first, cause the throat to dry up faster and give an awful smell while talking to family member. Better drink some water first, as this will clear the throat and don’t feel a sharp pain in the throat as this makes the throat dried and mouth dried causing smellyn mouth and yellowish teeth too..I have improved in this thing, now I drink less in a day or sometimes no coffee at all. The only time, I take coffee ☕ have nothing to drink or I am too stressed about something going to happen and cannot control my emotions at all.. that’s the only time I take coffee…

Thirdly, read a positive book before sleeping 😴, This helps will reducing nightmare and make you get up earlier to do more things for yourself….rather than going back to sleep and being late for everything
