Activites

Which activities make you lose track of time?

Time

I am the master of losing track of time. It often started with a casual flick through YouTube. I’d start with one video, then another would autoplay, and soon enough, hours had slipped by The other kryptonite was social media.

I’d open Facebook or Instagram with the intention of a quick check, but scrolling through friends’ updates and watching endless reels of other people’s adventures would pull her in deeper and deeper.

Gaming was another passion.

I  loved playing games that could earn her real money. The thrill of winning kept her hooked, even though the annoying advertisements sometimes caused her phone to black out.

These interruptions were frustrating, but they never deterred me  for a long time.

Yoga was supposed to be her sanctuary, a peaceful break from her screen-filled days. However, my tendency to overdo the  exercises meant I  often found myself rushing through poses, trying to fit in as much as possible.

Instead of relaxation, she ended up in a whirlwind of activity, trying to reclaim the lost hours I  spent in the digital world.Despite the chaos, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Each activity, in its own way, brings me  joy and keeps my  life vibrant and unpredictable.
