What do you listen to while you work?

Listening is the art of receiving and giving away information. Taking in other people’s opinions can lead to sickness, grief, anxiety, and hurt, causing drastic changes in the body.
My mom often worries about what the community will say about us.
However, I believe that other people’s opinions stem from their experiences, not mine. Why should I hold onto opinions that make me sick? Why should I harbor grudges, resentment, anxiety (often fueled by too much coffee), or hurt?
Am I not supposed to live in peace and harmony with myself? Why hold onto grudges or hatred against those who spread vicious stories? Why do other people’s opinions matter to me if I am living my purpose?
These opinions usually come from dislike or hatred and lead to gossip and workplace politics.
Whatever I do or don’t do often reflects others’ frustrations about not getting their way. They don’t realize that by setting aside differences, we can work together to improve the workplace.
The art of listening involves finding motivational podcasts or videos that uplift me, choosing what to listen to, and discarding negative influences that can distort my body.
The creation of what words coming out from my voice also depicts how enthusiasm or vampires drained I am from listening to other people’s opinions.
I should focus on productive ideas from others and use them to benefit myself and work towards a better tomorrow.
