
What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?
Maintaining my health and well-being is a dynamic process for me, as I find routines to be boring and lacking in the excitement that makes life vibrant.
Yesterday, my approach was to cycle on a stationary bike for 15 minutes and walk for half an hour. I had a late lunch at 4 pm and dinner at 7 pm.
Today, I woke up at 6 am, cycled on the stationary bike for 15 minutes, and did yoga exercises for 45 minutes. In the evening, I plan to walk for half an hour around the park and cycle on the stationary bike for another 15 minutes.
Importantly, I aim to eat before 7 pm to see if it helps flatten my stomach.
If this routine works, I might stick with it; otherwise, I’ll keep experimenting until I find what works best for me.
