Was today typical? The night peeked through the windows as alarm buzzed at 5:00 AM. She stretched, yawning as she reached for her phone to check the alarm pressed to stop. She springs out from bed and makes the bed tightly quickly go downstairs to do her routine to the kitchen.
Breakfast was simple: two slices of bread with nutllea spread and a jug of diluted coffee. As she sipped her coffee, she thought about the day’s plans to visualise what activity comes next after breakfast. Do the dishes, clean up the kitchen mess and clean the house.
Then do yoga session. She reminded herself to take it easy this time and not overdo the stretches like she had last week.
.By 7:00 AM, she was at her desk, diving into emails and projects. The hours flew by, and before she knew it, it was time for her yoga break. She unrolled her mat in her living room, turned on a calming playlist, and began her routine. This time, she focused on breathing and moving slowly, enjoying the calm it brought her.
After lunch, it was back to work. A few meetings, more emails, and some problem-solving kept her occupied. During a short break, she couldn’t resist checking out a few YouTube videos about new tech gadgets. She laughed at a funny video and lost track of time for a bit, but managed to get back to her tasks.
The workday ended at 5:30 PM, and she felt accomplished. She decided to treat herself with a piece of coconut candy, savoring its sweet, chewy texture.
Dinner was a comforting bowl of pasta, followed by a couple of rounds of Ludo with her family. They laughed and strategized, reliving childhood memories.As the evening wound down, she felt a sense of contentment. She curled up on the couch with a book of short stories, letting the tales whisk her away into different worlds.
By 10:00 PM, she was ready for bed, grateful for the simplicity of the day and the small joys it brought.And so, a typical day ended for she , filled with work, relaxation, and the comfort of familiar routines.
