Preparedness plan

Create an emergency preparedness plan.

Preparedness plan

You started the day by following a plan you had prepared the night before, intending to force yourself to complete your goals. Despite waking up on time, you were affected by a bad dream about night driving, likely triggered by your drive the previous night. This led to oversleeping. You’ve been working on this plan since August 2020, but have made little progress so far.

After completing your part-time job, you listened to a summary series of the Bhagavad Gita while driving home, hoping to gain a better understanding of life. After finishing the series, you exercised and meditated, reflecting on the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita.

During meditation, you recalled how your sister-in-law had a series of condensed Bhagavad Gita books on her shelves. You wondered if she practiced its teachings in her life and realized that she did. This made you recognize that you have a long way to go to reach her level of understanding and practice

.Determined, you decided that you need to re-listen to the Bhagavad Gita summaries and start applying its teachings immediately, rather than waiting for the perfect moment or the right time. You acknowledged that procrastination has been holding you back and that you want to live on your own terms, guided by the Bhagavad Gita.

You concluded that if your current efforts aren’t yielding the desired results, it’s time to change your tactics, using the Bhagavad Gita as a guide to achieve your goals and become a better person.
