R.E.L.A.X

How do you relax?

R is equal to Resurrection.

E is Equal.

L is Life.

A is Action.

X is Xerox able.

This reflection speaks to the exhausting cycle of overworking, where there’s never enough time to finish everything within 24 hours. How long can someone keep going without eating, drinking, exercising, or sleeping? Only a robot might endure that, but even robots break down and need maintenance, much like humans.

At what point do we realize that enough is enough when it comes to productivity? Just as machines need repairs, humans need rest to keep functioning.

The endless cycle of work is a never-ending loop, and there’s no clear retirement age in this cycle—only the reality of working until we drop, especially when we’ve chosen a job like serving others through transportation.

The constant grind reflects a life where breaks and balance seem like distant concepts, and yet, the cycle continues until it eventually wears us down.
