What principles define how you live?

I define myself by living honestly because if I am honest, I cannot lie. When I lie, it becomes difficult to maintain those falsehoods. Living truthfully is better because it allows me to move forward without the burden of fabrication.

I don’t want to distort reality, as I’ve seen the consequences through my father, who lied until his made-up reality became his truth, eventually leading him to a care home for dementia.

I want to avoid that fate. I’m working on creating positive narratives about myself, so I know in the present moment that I am doing my best, accomplishing tasks without hesitation or excuses.

I’m trying to break free from assumptions and figure out how to eliminate bad habits. One such habit is leaving things scattered around, and sometimes I rely on CCTV at home to remember where I put things. I’m striving to control my mind and slowly changing this.

I listen to audiobooks on the mind every night because I’m dissatisfied with my current outcomes. I believe I can direct my mind to follow my routines, and with effort, my mind will comply. I follow the principles of truth.
