Do lazy days make you feel rested or unproductive?

Lazy days, to me, mean doing absolutely nothing—whether it’s sleeping, eating, or drinking. It’s like my brain stops functioning, and it feels as if I’m not even breathing, like I’m dead. That’s what I call the productive version of lazy days.
