Routines

What have you been working on?

I’ve been focusing on improving myself by consistently getting up early and sticking to my new routines. My goal each day is to wake up earlier and finish reading a book I’ve been neglecting for months, tackling one page at a time.

I’ve come to realize that the desire to finish something and truly wanting it are different—wanting it involves imagining it happening, feeling it, and staying awake to complete the task, whereas just attempting to do it lacks that drive.

Writing daily on a blog is also a completely different challenge. When others assign me tasks, it builds trust and reliability, and I’m forced to make small daily decisions, which changes my perspective.

By practicing getting up and leaving early, I try to maintain momentum, ensuring I keep evolving and improving on my own, without anyone pushing me. It’s all about finding better ways to keep progressing.
