The Bhagavad Gita offers a timeless philosophy that can provide clarity, purpose, and guidance for daily life. It’s often viewed as a guide to understanding one’s inner nature, fulfilling one’s duties, and connecting deeply with one’s ancestry and purpose.

The Effects of the Bhagavad Gita on Life
The teachings in the Bhagavad Gita address the fundamental struggles of life—such as understanding duty (dharma), overcoming desires, and achieving self-realization. It emphasizes living with wisdom, balance, and detachment from the outcomes of actions. By practicing these teachings, I feel a stronger connection to my roots, an enhanced sense of purpose, and the resilience to face challenges with inner peace.
Incorporating the Bhagavad Gita into Daily Routine
1. Practice Mindfulness (Meditation and Self-Reflection): Setting aside a few moments each day to reflect or meditate. Krishna’s teachings stress the importance of self-awareness and meditation to gain control over the mind. Just to breathe one nose in and out can improve the breathing life.
2. Embrace Detachment (Karma Yoga): Focusing on performing duties without being attached to the outcomes. This is a hard one, in this generation, my favourite question and answer have always been about..what is the purpose of doing, what if I do this, what is my benefit? Then to change this mindset set to this, am still a work in progress.
3. Develop Discipline in Actions (Sadhana): This could mean setting goals aligned with your values, perhaps integrating spiritual practices like prayer, reading scriptures, or focusing on personal growth and service. This is easy, consistently pray sincerely.
4. Live in Harmony with Nature: Recognize the interconnectedness of all beings. Respect for others and life itself is a key teaching.
Ancestral Roots and Lifelong Improvement
Understanding my ancestral history provides a foundation for honoring the ways of life you’re born into, but it also opens a path toward self-improvement and growth. Practicing Gita’s principles might deepen your connection with heritage and allow you to create a life that both honors tradition and seeks improvement. This was eye opening for me, as I realized I was born in a family which one side practices bad tantric and the other side practices praying spiritual. I always wondered why was I fantastied with tantric and realized that other people did nasty tantric to me too which almost caused me my life and luckily I researched my way out and diverted my attention to spiritual which is more meaningful in the end.
To make the long story short, using the spiritual path is hard work, rewarding and being at peace with myself . the evil tantric is always short lived, cause a lot of broken relationship between families and 💯 times better to cut their ties for good.
