The historical figure

If you could meet a historical figure, who would it be and why?

The most fascinating historical figure I would like to meet is Sadhguru. It’s incredible how he, along with his family, supporters, and dedicated volunteers, has created a global movement by building consecrated spaces that radiate a magnetic energy.

These sacred spaces attract like-minded individuals, including seekers like me, who are inspired to walk the spiritual path with authenticity and individuality. Through specific yoga practices and offerings like Sadhana Pada, countless people come together to pray and grow spiritually.

What truly amazes me is the willingness of the volunteers to devote their time, energy, and hard work to create such transformative experiences—not just for others, but for their own growth as well. Their selflessness and dedication are mind-boggling.

Personally, I continue to practice daily using the guided audio sessions available on the Isha app. These practices have profoundly shifted my perspective, making me more self-aware and mindful of my surroundings.

As a seeker, I deeply yearn to expand my spiritual energy. Joining the seven-month Sadhana Pada program offered by Isha would be a gift—a chance to fine-tune my spiritual journey, deepen my understanding, and immerse myself in an environment of growth and inner transformation.
