Positive.

Can you share a positive example of where you’ve felt loved?

Embarking on a journey of self-discovery, I found solace in daily visits to the temple, immersing myself in chanting and devotion. This practice became a sanctuary, allowing me to confront and release emotions like hatred, anger, anxiety, frustration, sorrow, pain, and sickness. The temple’s consecrated energy provided a profound sense of peace, enabling me to navigate life’s challenges with renewed positivity.

Despite the lingering disturbances in my father’s room, I remained steadfast in my spiritual practices. I believed that, just as I was cleansing my inner negativity, the home’s gloominess would eventually dissipate. This experience reinforced my faith in the transformative power of devotion and the importance of maintaining a positive outlook.

For those seeking to overcome negative emotions, integrating regular temple visits and chanting into daily routines can be a powerful tool. Embracing such practices fosters inner peace and resilience, guiding individuals toward a more harmonious and fulfilling life.

An offering to the divine  faith to remove all the negativeness in the chaotic house and changes in the chanting has given me anew renewal as i was cleaning the garden porch by trimming the overgrown plants, the plants overgrowing in the wall, I pickup a decay black crow at first look like overgrown hair mixed with twits wood. After I picked it up it was a dead bird, thank God I can continue back with the Isha  inner engineering program and improve the awareness, thought and breathe.
