What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

My latest daily habit involves understanding the mind by identifying orchestrated influences from external forces, which function like a form of telepathy. I aim to distinguish between the mind that speaks from my heart and the quiet inner self that feels lost due to my lack of trust in it. At times, it feels as though an external force has taken control of my inner voice.
Prayer, chanting, and devotion primarily serve to heighten the vibrational energy within the human form. While I have always believed that the inner self is the most trusted guide to spirituality, this belief only truly holds when I surrender to divinity for guidance. Relying solely on myself feels like walking a lonely road, requiring force to reinforce the ideas I have written as goals. Once I reach a target, I must move on to the next, ensuring continuous progress.
The orchestrated story unfolds as follows: These types of men are protégés of women saviors, yet they perceive women merely as objects of lust, using them to feed their egotistical desires. To them, women are nothing more than temporary distractions—disposable objects, much like changing their daily underwear. They do not consider such women suitable for marriage. Instead, if they remain single and wealthy, they believe they have the freedom to lust, flirt, and discard women at their convenience.
The most treacherous manipulation lies in their ability to infiltrate a woman’s mind without physically engaging in lust. Instead, they extract her deepest desires and use them against her until she is broken—reduced to a scapegoat, a pawn, and an object of ridicule. Ironically, these same men now work under powerful women, outwardly demonstrating respect and advocating for women’s empowerment.
Women are not allowed to outshine these men. If a woman is even slightly more intelligent than them, they will do everything in their power to destroy her completely. Despite her individuality, she is not welcome in society. She is expected to stand behind them and serve as a mule to their ambitions. Their polished personas and flawless flattery allow them to conceal their egotistical nature, making their deception almost undetectable—until now.
Reading between the lines, I realize my new habit of catching myself in the midst of mind patterns—those fleeting déjà vu moments that blur the boundaries between daydreams, unreality, and progressive reality. The study of my own mind is crucial, allowing me to dissect the orchestrated influences from external sources and separate them from the true state of inner nothingness.
I was used to elevate a young protégé to his highest rank, only to be discarded as an outcast, never to rise again. That is the cruelty of these men.
