What’s the most fun way to exercise?

Getting up this morning means I am still alive. I have another day to live because I can still breathe. I can still sit on the bed, walk, run, skip, go jogging, and do some exercises in the next 10 minutes—just to loosen my shoulder blades, stiff neck, stiff wrist, or stiff kneecap, so I can walk. Even wriggling my toes is enough to remind me that I’m still alive and moving through life—the fun way of exercising.
