Jot down the first thing that comes to your mind.

The first item that comes to mind is exercise. I need to move this stiff, irksome body of mine and lubricate every part. I can’t afford to be late for everything.
In the end, the last priority on my list became the first thing on my mind:
I wanted to bake a sweet cake, yet I continue to procrastinate. When will I finally do this? I must ensure I don’t burn the pot this time.
