New wear

If you were forced to wear one outfit over and over again, what would it be?

These days, I have to wear long-sleeved blouses to protect myself from the blazing sun that hits directly onto my skin. Being brown-skinned, the heat darkens my tone even more—so much that I end up looking like a “blackie” version of myself. I don’t use sunblock because it only makes things worse. The lotion causes itchiness and feels sticky on my skin.

Now, the new trend for me is wearing long-sleeved blouses or T-shirts that cover my arms. It’s better than walking around with four different shades of skin all over my body. This new outfit style is something I can wear over and over again—simple, protective, and practical.
