To be myself is to grow

How would you describe yourself to someone?

Not by judging others,
But by turning inward
And facing the quiet mirror of my own truth.

Such moments come rarely,
For the world often decides who I am
Before I’ve said a single word.
They assume,
But no one truly knows me
Until I choose to speak.

I’ve learned this simple truth:
Do not judge.
As you see me,
So I see you—
Reflections meeting in passing.

And the less I dwell on who I am,
The quieter I become.
In silence,
I observe.
In stillness,
I understand.
