Mind peace

What brings you peace?

. This morning, an email arrived from the Isha Centre. It said they had received my mom’s medical report. Something about it felt like a good sign, as if it was opening the door for her to travel with us.

That night, I had a strange, vivid dream. The three of us were on our way to Kashi under fierce, tyrant weather. My mom, despite her age, wore her thick, sturdy boots and walked with steady determination. Step by step, she made it to Kashi beside us.

When we arrived, the sky transformed into strands of purple, pink, and every color imaginable, streaming like rivers of light above our heads. We stood together, mesmerized, feeling as though the heavens themselves had welcomed us.

We joined Sadhguru’s group at the Adiyogi, chanting mantras in unison. The sound lifted us into a light, peaceful emptiness, as if we had crossed into another dimension. Time faded. Worries vanished. It felt like heaven itself was right there with us.

I woke with the feeling still in my chest—that my mom was meant to come with us, and that no number or age could keep her from standing at the summit with us in Kashi.
