What profession do you admire most and why?

A guru is someone who steps into the darkness and brings the light out of me.
In the past, great gurus like Buddha, Jesus, Moses, Allah’s messengers, and other enlightened masters had to gather people face-to-face—those willing to listen and follow their teachings.
Their followers often gave up everything—family, business, work, and comfort—just to seek something deeper within themselves. They would walk away from the safety of their worldly lives, ready even to die for their guru. Traveling side by side, they spread their guru’s words and stories across lands, crossing tyrant mountains, dense jungles, and unforgiving deserts.
Some journeys were peaceful, but others were marked by violence—horse riders enforcing faith through the Crusades, women being separated from their families, people being forced to grow the faith’s population. Many belief systems clashed, sometimes burning the devotions of others, either through force or through persuasion, wherever settlements existed.
Today, a guru’s path is different. A modern guru, like Sadhguru, can share teachings not by walking for miles but by speaking into a camera. A single video, uploaded to the vast stage of the internet, can reach the whole world—anyone willing to search for truth beyond untruth.
And yet, even with light so easily accessible, there are still those who cannot see the truth before them. Meanwhile, the rest of the world plunges deeper into its own darkness—led not by spiritual guidance, but by propaganda and the agendas of influence.
