How do you relax?

R = Reflection
E = Execution
L = Lazy mind warning
A = Action
X = Xealous (negative telepathy)
Reflection
Telepathy is like a mirror that follows me, loyal yet unsettling, reflecting back every hidden thought. Sometimes it tries to dig out negativity, like two coins showing different pictures but still bound together. While driving, I once felt voices probing: “Do Malaysians always stay in the past?” Another replied, “Maybe. Then why is this one still stuck?” Those words pressed on me, but I chose to move forward, refusing to stay trapped.
Execution
I return to my faith, the strongest guide I know. It brings me closer to liberation and fills the emptiness with peace. To strengthen it, I search for signs from divinity, practicing chanting, kriyas, and sadhanas every moment I can. These keep me steady, like anchors in a restless sea.
Lazy mind warning
The idle mind is dangerous. In idleness, the other side preys on weakness, stripping shadows and imprisoning them in dark realms. If I give in to laziness, I risk losing myself.
Action
So I act with intention: I sing the songs of divinity, whether aloud or silently in my heart. If disturbances arrive, I continue chanting within. Every second of practice builds strength. The flow of chanting never stops, because it is my shield against the pull of negativity.
Xealous
Jealousy, sorrow, and misery come from the other side. They try to distract, to weaken, to distort. Xandra and Geo watches like a shadow, sickened yet entertained by words that hover as I write. But I know better: peace is found by turning even these disturbances into parables, correcting the flow without anger, keeping my heart free from attack.
And so I R.E.L.A.X.—reflecting, executing, resisting laziness, acting with discipline, and rising above jealous forces. This is my path, and through it, divinity shines brighter than any shadow.
