What’s something you believe everyone should know.
I was watching a video called The Light From Within. In it, a group of children surrounded a guru, offering him a Diwali card filled with love and innocence. The guru smiled warmly and began to explain the meaning of Diwali — the Festival of Lights — in the simplest and most beautiful way so that everyone could understand.
He said, “The true light is not outside of you — it shines within you.” Those words touched my heart deeply. I realized that when we light a lamp, its flame burns brightly only as long as there is oil. When the oil finishes, the flame goes out. But the light inside a human being — our spirit — should never fade, no matter what happens around us.
Sometimes, the world around us can try to influence or change who we are. People of different faiths may not understand our path, but my faith is rooted deeply in Hinduism. I don’t wish to change or be converted; I simply want to walk my path sincerely and reach moksha — liberation of the soul. That is my ultimate goal in this life.

To keep my inner flame alive, I write. Writing is my therapy — my way of expressing what happens in my world. It helps me release, reflect, and rise again. I seek inspiration from spiritual videos and follow Sadhguru’s guidance through his app. There are moments when tears flow down my cheeks, not from sadness, but from a deep place of devotion and strength — a reminder that my spirit is still burning bright.
Every time I light a Diwali lamp, I remember this truth: the outer light may flicker and fade, but the inner light — the light of awareness, faith, and love — must continue to shine. That light is my guide, my strength, and my path toward moksha.
