What podcasts are you listening to?

This Hanuman podcast on devotion songs I like in and out has helped me transform this life I breathe to the fastest way than I can ever imagined. Every time I listen to  devotional songs, it always makes me strive harder than ever. I haven’t stopped changing since then. I still continue to strive to break more limitations. I always ponder what else I can do or what I can do better than what I am doing right this moment.

The second podcast I listen to is by Sadhguru. I can easily relate to what he says because he explains everything in such a simple and direct way. Whenever I listen, I feel like I’m learning to see a different version of myself slowly evolving.

Sometimes, when I feel scared — like when people disturb me or when I sense living entities hovering around my mouth or nose — I calm myself by washing those areas, smearing vibhuthi, and sitting down to do one of the kriyas. It helps me recharge my energy and feel grounded again. No matter what happens, I just keep on going.

That’s what the podcast means to me — a steady reminder to keep growing, cleansing, and moving forward with inner strength.
