What is the last thing you learned?

On 5/3/26,

I wrote my goal with anger. The mind believed invisible living entities were destroying myself to their will.

I compared myself with unseen forces and imagined they were influencing life.

The writing came out as frustration, like fighting something that could not be seen.

The mind created many internal pictures and stories.

Then the days continued with chanting and Isha practices. Slowly the mind started observing itself. The noise inside did not disappear immediately, but awareness became stronger.

On 11/3/26,

I wrote again.
This time the writing was not anger. It became a story of life realization.

Instead of blaming invisible entities, I started seeing how the mind creates its own illusions.
The realization came quietly.

Nothing outside was controlling me.
The restless mind was creating the disturbance.

When awareness moved inward, the stories became weaker and the mind became calmer.

“One must elevate, not degrade, oneself by one’s own mind.
The mind alone is the friend of the self, and the mind alone is the enemy of the self.”
— Bhagavad Gita 6:5
