Who was your most influential teacher? Why?
You have a right to perform your duties, but you are not entitled to the fruits of your actions.”— Bhagavad Gita

My most influential teacher is Sadhguru.
Learning these practices through the application has made me onstronger and has slowly moved me toward a more peaceful state. There are moments where I feel lighter, more aware, and able to take action in my life.
However, I am still struggling.Even though I am learning and practicing, I find it difficult to fully change and align myself with these practices.
Old habits, negative patterns, and lack of consistency continue to pull me back.At the same time, I can feel a shift within me.
I am moving away from a negative way of living toward a more aligned and peaceful life. It is not fast, and it is not easy, but there is progress. This journey is showing me that real change takes effort, discipline, and time.
The teachings guide me, but I must do the work to transform myself.
“Let a man lift himself by himself; let him not degrade himself. The self alone is the friend of the self, and the self alone is the enemy of the self.”— Bhagavad Gita
