Describe a decision you made in the past that helped you learn or grow.

From attachment arises fear and restlessness; from discipline comes peace.” — Bhagavad Gita

There were nights when I could not sleep. My mind kept circling the same issue—the book I decided to publish. What I thought was a simple decision became a long trail of consequences.

I trusted the publisher and believed the book had been removed in February 2026. I wanted closure. But in April 2026, it appeared again. That night, sleep did not come.

Thoughts kept repeating: Why did I not check properly? Why did I trust too easily? What will happen next? Each question pulled me deeper into exhaustion.I realized something important during those sleepless hours. It was not just the mistake that was tiring me—it was the constant chasing, the repeated follow-ups, the mental detours, and the fear of what might happen. Carrying a problem without a clear end point can drain a person more than the problem itself.

In that silence of the night, I understood that I cannot control everything. I cannot force people to respond immediately. I cannot undo the past decision instantly. But I can control how I respond now.Instead of running in circles, I must take clear and practical steps. Document, follow up properly, and then pause.

Not every problem is solved by constant thinking. Some are solved by steady action and patience. That night did not give me sleep, but it gave me clarity.

Mistakes do not end a person. But losing control of the mind over the mistake can.So I choose to act, not panic. To move step by step, not in fear. And slowly, even if sleep does not come immediately, the mind becomes quieter.

When the mind is steady and undisturbed, one finds true rest within.” — Bhagavad Gita
