No

How often do you say “no” to things that would interfere with your goals?

Learning to say “no” is difficult for people pleaser like me….doing the stubbornly of saying “no” tends to often turn people away or most of the jobs are given to other people and lost of opportunity on my part….Or even saying “no” to all the don’t want to do the things I don’t want to do at all is also shown in my body language as BIG NO-NO.

Always have to divert and go back again to the same goal without disruption….
